Feedback From Our Clients

SH

Suriani Hamzah

Operations Manager · Shah Alam

We brought Ondrava in for the Workflow Tune-Up because our mornings were chaotic and nobody could agree on how to prioritise tasks. The habits snapshot they produced was surprisingly accurate — it described exactly what was happening, and the adjustments they suggested were things we could actually do. Things are measurably calmer now.

The Team Productivity Programme was exactly what our sales team needed. We had good people but no shared way of planning our week. The method outline we built with Ondrava has stuck — three months later, the team is still using the same planning rhythm. Worth every ringgit.

I was a bit sceptical that a short engagement could change much. But the habits snapshot identified something specific about our review meetings that we had been ignoring for a year. The suggested adjustments were small, which made them easy to try. Our weekly reviews now end on time, which is genuinely new.

We ran the Operations Habits Advisory across our finance and admin teams over a quarter. What I appreciated was that Ondrava did not try to fit us into a template — the phased plan they produced reflected how we actually operate. The two follow-up sessions kept things on track when momentum slowed in month two.

The planning templates from the Team Productivity Programme were much simpler than I expected — and that is a compliment. We had tried complicated tools before and nobody used them. These fit how my team actually thinks about work. The adoption guide helped us introduce them without making a big deal of it.

The Workflow Tune-Up was a good starting point. It confirmed some things I suspected and surfaced one thing I had not noticed — that our handover step between teams was creating a lot of back-and-forth. A small change to how we log completed tasks made a noticeable difference within the first week.

How Engagements Have Played Out

Professional Services Firm, Shah Alam

Workflow Tune-Up · April 2025

Challenge

A twelve-person firm had grown quickly over two years. Planning was ad hoc, and staff reported not knowing what to prioritise each morning. Weekly check-ins were running over an hour and ending without clear actions.

What We Did

Over two days, we observed three morning planning sessions and interviewed six team members. We produced a habits snapshot and a shortlist of three adjustments: a shared weekly priority list, a fifteen-minute Monday check-in format, and a simple end-of-day log.

Outcome

The weekly check-in was reduced from sixty minutes to twenty within a fortnight. The team reported clearer mornings after one month. All three adjustments were still in use at the three-month mark.

Distribution Company, Klang Valley

Team Productivity Programme · March 2025

Challenge

A logistics coordination team of eight had different ideas about how to plan their week. Tasks were tracked in multiple places, and there was no consistent way to flag when something was stuck.

What We Did

Over three weeks, we ran two co-design sessions with the team and their manager. We agreed a simple shared planning template and a weekly review structure that fit their existing routines. The adoption guide was written in plain language the team could follow independently.

Outcome

Task clarity across the team improved noticeably within the first two weeks. The manager reported spending less time chasing updates. The planning template has been adapted slightly by the team — which is exactly the kind of ownership we aim for.

Established Firm, Petaling Jaya

Operations Advisory · Feb – May 2025

Challenge

A firm with four departments wanted steadier cross-team coordination. Each department had its own way of working, leading to friction at handover points and inconsistent delivery timelines.

What We Did

Over three months, we reviewed practices in each department and agreed a phased plan focused on three shared habits: a consistent handover format, a monthly cross-team review, and a shared priority log at leadership level. Follow-up sessions in months two and three helped the teams adjust where needed.

Outcome

Handover delays between departments reduced. The monthly cross-team review became a standing meeting by month three. Leadership described operations as noticeably calmer compared to the start of the engagement.
