Fees That Reflect Scope, Not Ambiguity
Our fees are fixed per engagement and published in full. The Workflow Tune-Up is RM 480. The Team Productivity Programme is RM 1,420. The Operations Habits Advisory is RM 2,760. What is included is described clearly for each.
You will not receive a bill that is larger than agreed. If your situation falls outside the standard scope, we discuss what makes sense before any work begins.
